Program Structure & Unique Model
CoLeaders is a 10-session initiative designed to equip young leaders with the tools to collaborate, co-create, and drive community impact. Our unique co-leadership model ensures that every participant actively contributes to decision-making, shares responsibility, and develops real-world leadership skills.
Building Leaders Through Community
To build leaders who know how to work together, we first form a community. This special bond is created through authentic interactions, group activities, and dedicated facilitators who provide a safe space. Our program empowers them to practice contemporary leadership skills, improve communication, and receive guidance and mentorship to initiate and execute projects that benefit their local communities.
